There are two lines – the Moskovskaya Line and the Avtozavodskaya Line. Tickets cost Br600; Belarusians entitled to lower rates can get a 50% discount. Open from 6 a.m.-1 a.m., trains tend to run every 3 to 8 minutes depending on the season and time of day.
Surface Transport
Minsk’s surface transport includes buses and mini-buses and electric trams and trolley-buses. Each trip on a tram, trolley-bus or bus costs Br 550 if tickets are bought from the driver (or Br500 if bought in advance). Belarusians entitles to lower rates can get a 50% discount. Mini-bus charges depend on the distance travelled and the carrier company; they vary from Br700 to 1,300.
